Why we exist

For most small and mid-sized businesses, "AI chatbot" still means choosing between a clunky DIY tool that nobody on the team can configure, or a $5,000/mo enterprise platform built for someone else.

We built PrimeChat because customer conversations are too important to leave on read. A real estate agent, a dentist, a Shopify store owner — they all deserve an AI receptionist that actually works, on day one, without hiring a developer.

What we believe

• Honest pricing. No markup on LLM tokens. No markup on WhatsApp messages. You pay providers directly.
• No-code first. The person closest to the customer should be able to build the conversation flow. Engineers come later if needed.
• Every channel matters. Customers don't think in channels — they think in conversations. Our inbox unifies them.
• AI + humans, not AI vs humans. The best chatbots know when to step aside.

PrimeChat is built with love in Australia for businesses worldwide. Our biggest customer base is in the United States and Canada, but we serve teams across every English-speaking market — and a few that aren't.
