Do I need a credit card to start?

Yes. All PrimeChat pricing is shown and billed in US dollars (USD). If you're paying from outside the US, your bank will convert at their current rate.
Do you mark up LLM token costs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)?
Never. You connect your own API key directly to your chosen provider and pay them at standard rates. We don't take a cut.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is a continuous thread with a contact within a 24-hour window. Multi-day threads with the same person each count as one conversation per 24-hour period.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you support WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. WhatsApp Business is available on all plans for $5/month with no markup. We never mark up Meta's per-message fees either.
