Terms of Service
By using PrimeChat, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
PrimeChat provides AI chatbot software for customer conversations. You can use it on a paid plan or during a free trial.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens in your workspace. Don't share login details.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use PrimeChat to spam, harass, mislead, or break the law. Don't reverse-engineer the service. Don't use it for illegal content.
4. Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
5. Termination
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
